Abstract

The viewpoint by Gustafsson, Molineux and Bennett (2014) was written to engage the profession in what was felt to be an important discussion, and so we were delighted to see a letter to the editor (Meredith, 2014) and a subsequent viewpoint (Joosten, 2015) published in response to our paper. We would like to see that this discussion continues in forums like our professional journals and within professional conferences. In that spirit, we wish to respond to Joosten.
