Abstract
As global refugee crises continue to worsen, many organisations seek to provide assistance and aid to refugees. Yet the numbers of refugees continue to increase, and the challenge of how to respond to these mass refugee crises also continues to grow. A significant focus of work surrounding humanitarian aid for refugees has considered this field within the scope of secular, non-governmental organisations (NGOs). Despite the marginalisation of faith-based organisations (FBOs) in this space, they have maintained an ongoing and significant role in humanitarian developments.
