Abstract

Seeking Justice: An inquiry into how sexual offences are handled by the Queensland criminal justice system presents the findings and recommendations of a public inquiry into the handling of sexual offence matters in the Queensland criminal justice system.

It contains 23 recommendations for reform, plus a final recommendation for the CMC to review the implementation of the recommendations in two years' time.

This report was tabled in Parliament on 24 June 2003.
