Abstract
The Guard relative debugger provides efficient debugging techniques for data mining applications. It allows the automatic comparison of a questionable program with a correct reference program. As applied to the MM5 mesoscale atmospheric model, the Guard relative debugger provided a comparative analysis of two versions of the MM5 as far as discrepancies and similarities are concerned.
