Abstract

Implementing integrated development teams (Integrated Teaming) on larger, more complex projects is becoming a more common practice, yet formal processes to facilitate inter-team collaboration is not yet widely practiced. Drawing from Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD), this paper postulates a set of integrated teaming process expressed in the purpose/outcome format that is conformant with the requirements outlined in ISO/IEC 15504. In this way, organizations may develop and assess their capability with integrated teaming against the measurement framework described in ISO 15504.
