Abstract

Pablo Behm (Prof. of Guitar, Digital Arts Technology and Composition at the University of Cordoba-Argentina) in collaboration with Ely Burba (Prof. Music Education, Psychopedagogy, Dir. of Takian Cay) codesigned this project to allow and study New Learning Pathways and Skills acquired by the combined group of adult professional and amateur musicians working collaboratively. The strategies for learning and rehearsing "Plenilunar" are then combined in designed open-rehearsal-performances in which audiences contribute to observations and feedback. The Open Rehearsal, branded "Overflowings" took place on Nov. 27 2019, and the concert premiere is planned for September 2020. The composition is scored for 2 Alto soloist, mixed chamber choir, and 11 instruments [Alto recorder, Bb Clarinet, Tenor saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Tuba, Electric Guitar, Bandoneon, Violin, Viola, and Bass.] Aproximate duration: 7 min. The text is a free adaptation from Leopoldo Lugones' "La blanca soledad", reduced to a few alluring lines.
