This report provides findings from the Producing Inclusive Practice Intentionally Using Circle of Change Revisited program administered with Queensland Inclusion Support Agency (ISA) staff from South West Qld & Darling Downs, Brisbane, Brisbane South (Logan/Redlands), Gold Coast, and Wide Bay Burnett & Sunshine Coast throughout December of 2012 – December 2014. The report mirrors the Circle of Change Revisited (COCR) process and is separated into four sec ons, Deconstruct, Confront, Theorise, and Think Otherwise. The report draws upon both quantitative and qualitative data gathered throughout eight workshops administered with Inclusion Support Facilitators (ISFs), and highlights areas which ISFs find challenging within their work. The data gathered also suggests that the COCR process of critical reflection contributes to an ISA workplace practice which is reflexive and able to consider and account for diverse perspectives within decision making concerning early childhood education and care (ECEC) centres. Additionally, the data suggests that as ISFs implement the COCR methodology within their own practice, and that the process informs ECEC centres practice across Queensland.
