Abstract

This book on the Internationalisation of Companies from Developing Countries is presented in three parts. Part I deals with internationalisation theories and the issues confronting developing country firms. Part 2 discusses the empirical results into the process of internationalisation by Ghanaian firms. Finally, Part 3 synthesises the theories presented in Part I with the empirical evidence provided in Part 2 thereby providing a theoretical framework for the internationalisation of companies from developing countries.
