Abstract
In this exploratory study, we present a new model that showcases the multifaceted nature of five elements (goals, time, confidence, relationships, space dynamics) that influenced educators’ actions within and across spaces in their professional learning networks (PLNs). The findings from this study offer scholars, teacher educators, and teachers a new way of thinking about and examining educators’ PLNs.
